Surface Treatment processes come right after extrusion step.  We can provide the surfaces you need on aluminium profiles in accordance to the end usage.

We are providing this service through two facilties.

• Anodization (Anodic Oxidation)
• Electrostatic Powder Coating

Anodization

Anodization is a coloring process which gives aluminium a decorative finishing.  This coloring process is acquired by giving electro-chemical effect on the aluminium oxide layer appears on the profiles surface.  The layer which is homogenously cover in a praticular thickness not only gives a decorative finish but also gives profiles an extra resistance against abrebation and corosion.  An important point is that an oxide layer that occurs on aluminium surface by its mechanical property protects material agains corosion even without anodizatin process.  Anodization treatment optimizes the tickness of this layer and also gives a decorative finishing.

BURAK, gives service to its customers on anodized profiles for different colors on both mat and polished efects.  . We also have the units of pre-surface treatment namely grinding, satinizing and sanding treatments.  By the investment of automated Italian GMB polishing line, both the quality and the capacity had increased in polished anodized products.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating is a different coloring process which is alternative to anodization.  BURAK , also gives service to its customers by applying coating system on profiles.  In coating process we use poliester based coating powder which is highly resistant to hard weather conditions and the sunrays.

In surface treatments BURAK had right to acquire QUALANOD and QUALICOAT certificates as a proof of its qualified production.
